Integrations
Connect chat bots and CRMs to your community.
The Integrations tab ("Bot Integrations") connects your community to the tools your members already use. Event platforms (Luma, Eventbrite, HelloAsso) are connected from the Events tab instead.
Chat bots

| Slack | Add to Slack (OAuth); the tab then shows the connected workspace. | @mention JOGL Network in any channel, or DM the bot, to search. |
| Discord | Add to Discord (OAuth). | /jogl search query:<your query> in any channel. Members must /jogl link their JOGL account first. |
| Microsoft Teams | Enter the App ID and App Password of an Azure Bot you register yourself. | Search via Teams. Known issue: search from Teams does not currently work; the connection can be set up, but queries sent from Teams get an error instead of results. |
Telegram and WhatsApp bots are linked by each member from their own Settings → Integrations, not from the community console — see Chat bots.
CRM sync
Under CRM, connect a provider, edit the field mapping, Sync now, or Disconnect; the card shows Connected, Disconnected, or Expired and a sync history.

Synced people arrive as community profiles, with their source recorded so that later enrichment never overwrites CRM-provided fields (see Enrichment).
Per-member calendar connections (for bookings) are configured by each member in their own Settings → Meetings, not here.
