Chat bots
Search JOGL Network from Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or Slack.
You don't have to open the app to run a search. Once a bot is linked to your account, you can ask JOGL Network for experts directly from the messaging tools you already use.
Linking your account
Go to Settings → Integrations (Linked accounts). Under Quick link, choose Telegram, WhatsApp or Discord: a window shows a QR code to scan with your phone, an Open button for that app and a code, and confirms once you're linked. Alternatively, start a conversation with the bot and it gives you a 6-character code (on Telegram, tap Get Linking Code); type it under Link with a code in the same settings section within 15 minutes. The bot's reply also carries a link (on Telegram, tap Magic Link): open it within the same 15 minutes, sign in if asked, and press Link Account. You can Unlink an account at any time.
Until your account is linked, the bots answer with a prompt to link first, and searches then run as you. Telegram and WhatsApp search every community you belong to. On Discord, a search in a server channel covers only the community connected to that server and needs you to be a member of it; a direct message to the bot searches all your communities. On Slack, a search, in a channel or a direct message, covers only the community the workspace was connected to, and it too needs you to be a member of it: otherwise the bot only answers that something went wrong.

Discord and Slack are installed per community by an admin (see Integrations); Telegram and WhatsApp are linked by you alone.
Microsoft Teams can be connected by a community admin, but the bot does not currently answer messages sent to it from Teams. Use one of the platforms above.
